Let the beauty we love be what we do. There are hundreds of ways to kneel and kiss the ground.

Welcome
Thank you for your interest in my psychotherapy practice.
I work with adult clients face to face in Lancaster city centre, and online on Zoom. I offer short and long term therapy contracts.
Here you will find some information about psychotherapy, my training, accreditation and how I work.
You can also take a look at my qualifications and experience.
If you decide to get in touch we will take a bit of time together to decide if I am the right therapist for you.
About me
In addition to my psychotherapy work, I am also a qualified youth and community worker, an Anglican priest, and a writer. One who has spent nearly three decades working in communities, workplaces, parishes and chaplaincies, supporting people to pray, talk to each other and get listened to, feel better, face reality, see where there is abundance, be present, mourn and die well.
My joy is always to support people to 'live deliberately' and not die 'with the song still in you' Embracing all the diverse, quirky and beautiful ways we find to be ourselves.
“Unlike the gold, which needed nothing, and must be worshipped in close-locked solitude.. Eppie was a creature of endless claims and ever growing desires, seeking and loving sunshine, and living sounds, and living movements.. stirring the human kindness in all who looked on her”
— George Eliot – Silas Marner
